Oops I just added this to the wrong thread - Hi Chris, I'm still stuck on Rhys. I've researched the one Jess found and I'm sure he isn't mine. There is one possibility in Merthyr that I'm still looking at but the info I've found conflicts with what I know about Rhys. The wife of the one Jess found is a widow in the next census and our Rhys was still alive. My grandmother met him and she wasn't born until the 1890s. Gwynne |
