Debs, My cousin lived in Brixton's Railton Road in the 70s. I was in King's College Hospital in Denmark Hill for a while as a child, and I used to go to Brockwell Park Lido during childhood and teens. What a small world! CB >|< |

Hi CB, I think the house was owned by my grandad from about 1956 he died there in 1960 and my uncle carried on with the house (obviously the mortagage) until after the riots in 1986 when he sold and moved. I was born at the end of 1969 and I think we left London in about 1974, though we did used to go back a lot.. It was one of those big houses that was shared by all the family, we all had a floor each!! 3 families. your right such a small world Debs x |
