hash browns Magi? easy, grate some potato, baking potatoes are best, finely chopped onion, mix with a well beaten egg and lots of salt..heat some oil in a frying pan..add spoonfuls of the mixture tio the pan and flatten into patties, brown them on both side, adding more oil if needed beautiful!
