Sue, It's a real shame Mandy can't be there with us, but I'll do my daftest to try and fill the gap! LOL As for 'suitable attire', going on the weather here right now, I think a fur-lined parka and ski boots would be more appropriate. It's snowing heavily in Herts, and I've just heard on the radio that the A1(M) is closed at Darlington! I get the impression 'someone' is trying to tell us something! I will be bringing with me a white ballet tutu, a purple ethnic Russian outfit, a spangly pink ballgown and a black velvet Pearly Queen outfit. They belong to Gaynor Bear, and I've got to give them to Jenny, but if anyone fancies wearing them, they're welcome as long as they agree to having their piccie posted on the Photospage. CB >|<

Hi everyone Just to say can you all expect us if you see us on Saturday. John was rushed into James Cook hospital again during the night with his gallstones problem. His scheduled operation was supposed to be on 6th March, but they might be operating tomorrow (Friday). If so, obviously we won't get there, but even if he gets sent home from hospital without an operation he may not be up to it. We would love to be there and we still will be if at all possible, but we will be thinking of you all and hoping you have a brilliant time. Have one or three for us won't you? Dianne xx

Morning CB, Joan and Mandy. I've told you, I am not having anything alcoholic. If you could have seen me on the Sunday morning after the last Scottish meet, you will understand why. I had to have 'hair of the Dog' on the coach back home. OMG was I ill. It took me until the Tuesday to recover. Trouble is BC has remembered she owes me a pint. Think I may just have that one. Lol. Thank you everyone for your good wishes for John. It seems they are not going to operate today as we had hoped, but are keeping him in another night and sending him home Saturday. The operation should take place as scheduled on 6th March. I'm taking him some decent grub with me tonight. Last night they brought him roast pork dinner and lunchtime today they brought steak & kidney pie - this is a fat free diet????? The poor little love is starving as he can't eat those things. I have spoken to Borobabs this morning, and if I can possibly get to the meet between visiting hours I will, even if it's only for a couple of hours, but if John is sent home morning/lunchtime-ish I won't be able to make it. If I don't see you all make sure you have a good time and I'll be thinking of you all. Love Dianne xx
