The Bag

The Bag Report 20 Nov 2005 09:33

Dying to hear how it went - hope not too many little noses were put out of joint - hopefully the girls will have loved the idea of a big brother - even if he wont be 'daily in their world'. A good thing in these situations, no-one will have had a 'shift' in the line up of things - your eldest daughter is still your eldest daughter which hopefully helped things- ( an older daughter might have made it harder, kind if displaced everybody which is not so good ) Sure it went well Jess x

Morning everybody, sorry to keep you in suspenders,i had a bit of a lie in this morning... Well, it all went really well.. The girls really took it all in thier stride..They sat and listened to the story and they were really excited by it all...then poor Ben got mobbed and bombarded with questions, poor kid. We didn't get to have a lot of time together yesterday, because the girls needed to be elsewhere but I'm hoping to have them stay with me for a couple of days next weekend and we'll all get together then.. thanks again for all your support.. Love Paul

I'm glad it has gone so well for you. I can't blame the girls for mobbing their new brother as they are curious and want to know everything about him at the moment. Maybe you and your Son can spent some time together when the girls are out or occupied. You could take him for a walk and get to know him better and find out a bit about his life over theyears while you have been unable to see him. I am so pleased for you all that words fail to express it.
