June, Re under the pier at Blackpool. Late 1940s. There used to be a magical few minutes between when it went dark and the time you had to be back on the coach(or last train). - such tryst to be continued on the back seat of the coach if you were quick enough to get on it. As I said earlier I always associate 'ghost riders in the sky' with that time. The last train back from Blackpool merits a book on its own. Happy days indeed.
