The thread fell way way back! Day 3 for me now! Stopped the day after my birthday. Feel ok so far, still fancy one now again but that's only cos I enjoyed it before rather than being desparate for one. But flipping heck these patches don't half make you dream!! lol!! :-) |

By 7.30 pm it will be exactly a week since I had a ciggy. I was quite proud of myself yesterday as I went to my Uncle's funeral and there were at least 12 people smoking. Fags smell absolutely disgusting now. Joy |

Still not smoking. Had a bad Sunday and Monday, nearly!! fell that last hurdle but had a couple of cat naps..to take my mind off, was in a foul mood for the 2 days. So glad..I was not tempted. Glad everyone is doing so well.. Grayxx |

Keep it up guys, it does get easier. One month, four weeks, one day, 20 hours, 40 minutes and 5 seconds. 1496 cigarettes not smoked, saving $673.44. Life saved: 5 days, 4 hours, 40 minutes. |
