Bec, I think I've mentioned it on here before, but was probably some time ago. I had to undergo an operation in my teens to remove a growth from the inside of my jaw. So, am left with a hole in the roof of my mouth that connects with my nasal passages. Sounds delightful, I know. Couldn't really have come at a worse time, as I was starting the first of my GCSE years (Year 10).

No seriously. When the mucus is water-like in substance, does it not fall down? I know when I'm blocked up I have to swallow it or spit it out as I can't avoid it coming up, but in your case is it not 10x worse?
