Mine doesnt notice either way. I recon I could empty a tip truck in the middle of the lounge and as long as he could see the tv and the remote works he wouldn't notice. Asked him to put the rubbish bins out a few weeks ago and he asked 'where are they and where do I put them'.....much easier to do it myself. Now I feel awful, he really isnt that bad ...he works 7days a week from 6 til 7 and when he retires it will be a different story. Nearly lunchtime better go do a few things so I can get back later and chech up on the Yarra mob...I'm guessing they wont surface for a while...lol See u later |

Afternoon Leftovers. Had a great time at the nursery and have come away with some wonderful ideas for plants, etc. Roast beef for a late lunch today. Had to buy a new scanner this morning. The old one went to God last night! Perhaps I should put my $2.13 towards it, lol. Keep chatting, the Wongas will never, ever catch up!. Lew Lew xxx |

Hello all Seems like everyone is busy today. I am just about to be likewise. I have got heaps of family notes that need following up, so I will be quite busy sifting through records and roaming cemetries online, not to mention census records and BDM records. So if I dont surface for a while you know that I am too busy to come on and chat. Happy Hunting everyone. FH |

good morning all , we are all bright eyed and bushy tailed here in unsunny Yarrawonga , have just said goodbye to John and Vonny on their way home going via Beechworth I think, and said bye earlier to Laurie and Ray also heading home grief They looked wonderful after such two late nights in a row I certainly didn't look good and was fast asleep when I heard Laurie saying 'Are you awake just came to say good bye and thanks ',her thanking me the duffer she was such a help couldn't stop her everytime I looked around she was washing or drying dishes (the sausage )the place was remarkely clean when we finished up around 12:30 am (please Note Rebs not bad for the Geriatrics eh ) that was from about 2:30 pm till 12:30am and after a lateish nite Friday as well wow . we had a great time and it was topped of by discovering we had our first win at tattslotto be it a mere pittance but as we decided and as was suggested by Tony Vonny will pick up the winnings and as well as having the ticket to be purchased by Gwenda ? I think for next Saturday night's lotto we will have the extra tickets that Vonny will be purchasing with our winnings from last nights winnings which will hopefully give us an even greater chance this week. The show and dinner was great on Friday we all had fun some of the audience made it even better and the Neil Diamond impersonater and Elvis were quite good I thought the Elvis was the better of the two he had a pretty good voice and the encore he did of the battle hymn of the republic was really exceptional loved it. Don't know what all the others doing but Judy and Ken and Tony and Barb and Heather and Barry were all staying up the Rd.and I havn't seen them yet today we were not able to go on a cruise for lunch as there were boat races on for the day today and so the lunch cruises were not going out except for the corporate sponsers of the boat races so that was a pity but then the weather didn't lend it self to the cruising anyway. By reading the thread you lot so apptly kept busy (you b***ers ) seems you ve had agood time with out us and welcome to the new people who have joined us this lot is not always so unrooly roooly but do need supervising as you can see hehe , but truly overall you couldn't meet a better lot anywhere must go and have nanny nap now Love to all Lara |

Good Afternoon all you rich Wattlers, just planning what to do with my share.LOL That's if the Yarrawonga mob haven't spent it all already. Between friday afternoon and this morning I have had to read 13 pages, maybe some- one should reduce it all to shorthand for the holidaying crowd ( yarrawonga mob), so it will be easy for them all to catch up and also to introduce all the new members. Welcome newbies, EMOO, Forever Hunting and The Lady in Chelsea. I have difficulty remembering names so forgive me for not mentioning you all by name. We had a lovely day out yesterday. Went to see Wivenhoe Dam. May I suggest that any one living on the Gold Coast who feels the need to wash down their drives, first go and visit the dam and surrounds. And take your Mayor with you. I know, Hinze dam is full, but the rain could have fallen at Wivenhoe instead and then you would be in their shoes. Don't mean to upset any one but it is very tragic up there. No green grass in sight, lots of dried up creeks and rivers and an almost puddle where the dam should be. How many are going to the Brisbane meet? Can we beat the Yarrawonga number? I am really looking forward to it. I had heaps to say, and now I can't remember any of it. Trifley, how's the grave digging going? Is Nefer performing well in his duties? Hi Lara, thanks for bringing us up to date. It sems like you all have had a really great time, did you take may photos, I hope so. I agree with Rebs that here in Queensland it was advertised as double dividends, so Vonny might be able to buy even more entries. This time next week we should be the Wattle Millionairs. Well, I am going to disappear for a while, see you all later Love SuzyQ |

Great to hear your Meet was such a success, Lara. That'll put the pressure on me for the Mudgee Meet next year. At least I'll have time to work on it once I finished up in 61 sleeps (8 Fridays) Gee, I don't think I can find any impersonators in Mudgee, but I'll see what I can do, lol! I am not responsible for all the chatter on the thread, 'cause I was shopping in Sydney and have the dockets to prove it! . Lew Lew xxx |

Hi ...just poping in to catch up I've done the ironing, cleaned the fridge, pruned a couple of hedges and mended a pair of daughters work pants.........gee I'm glad Sunday is a day of rest...lol Was going to sit and chat all afternoon but my sister has reminded me I promised to knit her a scarf for this winter. She bought some alpaca(?) wool last year and I forgot I had it, so guess I'll knit and watch the footy instead. Catch you all later Jude2 |

Hi, Yes, it's nice when your at home alone. No one wanting anything and a lovely long shower. Rebs, do you know how many husbands may be coming to the brissie meet? I am trying to convince mine to come, but I don't think he will. I may end up bringing a friend because I don't drive, or I may get the train. The one at Beenleigh will take me into Southbank. I think the mice have been very well behaved while the cats have been playing. At least we have a record of our shinnigans. Will we ever really know what has gone on in Yarrawonga??? Just having a cuppa and a Mr Kipling's Cherry Bakewell Tart. I wonder why I don't lose weight? Has any one got home yet?? We want full reports Anna, I hope you had a nice day. You must have very mixed feelings but it is such a lovely tribute to your son's memory. Donna, WHERE ARE YOU??? Love SuzyQ |

Rebs, Why are you washing when you are all alone? You should have your feet up, champers in one hand, mud pack on the face and feet in a foot spa. SuzyQ |
