Dee, If it's of any consolation, I will always read your threads, as I find what you post is usually of interest to me, and I've always loved your quizzes. I wish you had the time to do more of them, but I'm not always on GR (believe it or not). I don't often get into 'conversation'-type threads because when I'm on the PC, I'm generally doing several things at once. I usually nip onto GR if I'm typing something long to give my hands a rest, or if I'm waiting for a reply or copying notes onto my FTM tree from the PC and drinking coffee at the same time. I often won't go back to a thread if it's moved on or slipped down the pages. It's nothing personal, it's just a matter of not having enough time and having too many fingers in too many pies! LOL Jill, That 'post timing' I remarked on last week on your Triv thread was something I'd never noticed before. I didn't think it could happen. Please do Trivial Pursuit as often as you can. Joanie and I were talking about it at the Middlesbrough Meet - we both said it's brilliant nd we really enjoy it. CB >|< XX

Hi Gwen, nice to see you, hope work went OK CB, thanks for those kind words, it's nice to know someone apprecaites me ;-)) Julie, I did say earlier that I may have been guilty of the crime myself, sorry if my rudeness has affected you personally. Steve, Many thanks for giving us your blessing, I am neither gentle, or fair (more grey to be honest) but I can assure you of a warm welcome if you ever post on a thread of mine ;-)) Dee ( who has a bad reputation for being an incorrigible flirt!!)

Hi everyone....I always join in if the thread is of interest to me...I don't worry about getting a reply. One thing I do is reply to peeps who nobody else has replied to....I always feel sorry that nobody has bothered and I would hate it if not one person replied to my thread. Will pop into the pub...thanks for the invite Julie x

Deanna Report 13 Mar 2006 17:47

Yes I do often feel like I'm a wallflower on the boards. Often people will ignore me. I will still come in and try. If they still ignore me, I too creep away and sulk. It's happened today. I was quite upset so decided not to join in here. But I'm back after a little visit from in-laws, and thought I'd try. SO........ am I welcome...... Please?? Deanna X
