It's funny, but I've worked in kitchens for 20 years now and only the second time that I've scalded or burned myself. Not sure whether to take painkillers before bed or try something alcoholic! Maggy |

Think I've got some Baileys hidden away somewhere, will try that. I haven't actually put anything on my arm yet. Went to Boots and they said just to put a cold compress on it so I have been dripping water everywhere! Don't think my hubby would appreciate me taking it to bed though! Going to have my 'medicine' now and will try to get some sleep, see you all tomorrow. Maggy |

Hi Kaz, Well I have a really nice MIL, and today was her birthday. Sadly, I have to admit, i'm watching the free DVD from the sunday paper...The secret garden, one of my fav childrens books. The film really isn't doing the book any justice. kila Hi Wendy, I can only agree about men, Mine would want me to stay up because he was hungry... and because he would want a fuss made of him for being away. xx lol |
