Bec - get to your Doctor or a Chiropractor, it does sound like a trapped nerve if you're getting twinges in your arms. I was like that a few years back - I had pins and needles in my left arm and particularly my fingers and I had pains in left leg, I went to see a Chiro and immediately felt so much better after the first treatment - don't suffer with it, go and get it sorted, it will only get worse.
