Gaynor and family, your mum will always be remembered by everyone on Genes and a really kind and caring lady who took time every day to send birthday and anniversary wishes to people she had in most cases never met but it meant so much to an awful lot of people. Carolyn

Hi Gaynor I never met your mum but I did have quite a bit of contact with her lately because of the GB relay. I liked your mum a lot and had a lot of respect for her. I found her to be a kind, caring lady from reading her posts on the board. Thinking of you all Juliexx

I didn't really know your Mum but I loved her idea of greeting everyone on their special days and it showed how kind and thoughtful a lady she was. Everytime I saw her name it made me think of a June I worked with many years ago, at a holiday camp. We didn't stay in touch but that June was a nice girl and your Mum was the link to that time for me. Take comfort in the fact that your Mum was so loved by many people and that she will always be in your heart and watching over you. Liz

Gaynor My heart goes out to you and your family. I had the pleasure of meeing your mum at the last Manchester meet, it was my first time and she introduced me to everyone and made me feel totally at ease. I remember thinking what a nice lady she is. I haven't been on since I saw keith's thread, I was too upset, made me think of m own mum who passed away 10 years ago. I totally feel or you all. Thinking of you all...You only get one mum and through time you will remember the good times - I'm lucky, still have my mum, but lost mum in law in 1993 and she was much loved and missed by us all. Take care - it's what she would want Christine xx
