Hi Sally, I did post a brief update yesterday afternoon but... it was fine thanks. Bit warm, but an enjoyable ride... took about and hour and 15 mins, with a brief stop for a bottle of water and a banana halfway round (kindly provided by the organisers). Was easier than I expected to be honest, maybe I'm not quite as unfit as I thought lol Paul |
