hey all... Was at hospital this morning to have bone scan and chest x ray....they put some sort of radioactive dye into my vein then let it work through system for a couple of hours....Sue was up having her pre op assessment and then we met up and had a blether and something to eat etc and a few wee giggles!! I was wondering if the radioactive stuff was making my bones glow thru my skin and we were laffing about the thought of me wandering around the hospital flashing like a balisha beacon!! hey you gotta laff eh!? Sue finished with her pre op assessment getting all her vital statistics etc taken and then she came with me for my scan...she had to wait outside for 20 minutes while the machine drew pretty pictures of my bones and then I had to put on a very fetching tunic thing for the chest x-ray... Still none the wiser yet on any results - thats next Tuesday....but two tests down and two to go....liver scan and mri next!
