many counties currently have hospipe bans- is GR one of the counties ? **hoses Bakewell tart down with LOADS of cold water** Elaine BEHAVE! Ok..... dont then. I spent all yesterday teatime cooking up a culinary delight for Alter, and I can off a choices of home made goodies! Which will it be Alter? Raspberry or strawberry............ .......Jelly! Jess x |

one does realise of course that proper bakewell tart is not the mr kipling style one-no cherries or icing......just almonds........dear me DD.....I am disappointed pmsl.....au natruel is always the best..........the mr kipling version is the boob job of all bakewells imhanvho |

Thsoe big trifles that they do in the supermarket- full family size ones,and the chocolate equivalent-when they are reduced-I buy them and have a whole one for a change..... |

Not up to Bakewell's at dawn then Joy !!! :-)))) I win again ..... *isn't there a song with a similar title? she wonders* Oh alass, poor Maid Marion, thou doeth retreat so gracefully :-))) The Baby Bakewell has been delivered (NO Hayley - NOT that sort of delivery !!;-) ...) .and does ask for food :-) The Ego and I ( his betrothed ) shall host a banquet in honour of our 'union' ......... all old maids are welcome :-)))) I am sending servants to slay some beast for our healthy appetites :-) Elaine ;-) |
