Barcardi hope you neice doesn't have to wait too long to be a mammy! My cousins baby was born 5 weeks early because of maternal health concerns and was 4lb 6oz and he's now 6 1/2 weeks old waighing in over 7lb 8oz. Little one spent 2 weeks in special care because he was small and not really suckling very well and needed tube feeding frequently just to get him stated, When I saw him at 2 weeks old he was drinking 75mls (2.5 oz) 3 hrly and he was sent home a few days later. Am sure your new baby neice/nephew will be just fine |

Any news yet? If she is still in labour I really do sympathize. My daughter was recently in labour for over 70 hours. I hope by now that the baby has been delivered, and that mother and babe are doing well. Jill xx |
