One is GENTEEL, rather than posh, being the poor descendant of posh uppercwust people, one is. One has an amber ciggie holder, one has, and even though one rolls one's own, the breeding shows. One also knows the difference between a tea cup and a coffee can, and one NEVER, never uses fish knives and forks - only the middle classes use those. One knows how to address an Archbishop, a visiting Reverend from overseas, an Admiral and the Queen's Lady-In-Waiting and also persons of the lower classes (polite, but with firmness and authority) All in all, one is dead posh, one is.
