Breakfast.....Any ceral with semi skinned milk...and apiece of fruit afterwards or small glass of fresh fruit juice... Lunch...........salad and 2 slices of whole meal or pitta bread tuna or cooked meat..no butter or marg or mayo ...fruit ... evening meal must be eaten before 6pm...and you may have anything but chips garlic bread and piza.... DON'T have .....chrisps choc or any fizzy drinks even diet ones.. no currys or chinise take aways........ You must drink plenty of water......

YES you can but no sugar only sweetners and semiskinned milk... try doing alittle more exercise...like walking the kids to school and walking up the stairs backwards and not holding on.. Disclaimer ....If anyone fall down the said stairs and breaks their neck or any limbs it an't my fault..

School is 3 miles away so you can walk my daughter to school! lol Do we need to weigh ourselves first? The thought scares the life out of me so we may need a support thread for this! lol

Yes of course weigh yourselfs on a good pair of scales ..not the ones that show as 7st 6 for the last 6 years and take your measturements as well...........You walk you daughter to school..3miles thats 6 miles aday you'll be a size 8 in no time Jenette..

Bless you BC but my backside has spread somewhat from sitting at the pluddy screen all day! lol Well we'll never get to school the rate my daughter walks at so I'll have to take the car Hayley. But I do have a nice little 2 mile circuit I used to do last year

6.00am - 25gms porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk, bit of sugar or honey. All to do with the Glycaemic Index. Have to keep the mind happy too. Plan is to keep me not being hungry until 10.15am Lettuce, Carrot and Cabbage with chicken....with ketchup (have to keep the mind happy) yummy. Full until 1.00pm. Banana, because I have low potassium. good until 3.30pm tangerine. Good until I get home at 6.00pm Dinner, but small portions. CHOCOLATE whilst chatting on here!
