I have read this thread and was thinking about what has happened over the last year on here. now here is the thing 'what has actualy happend' Truth is, not a great deal that does not happen on other forums. web sites, real life. so people are leaving, many i like and have had fun with, had debates with, others i dont realy know that well To my mind the phrase 'the grass is greener' is pants, it isnt in cyber world every site has good and bad points and good and bad members, thats never gonna change ever thing is each and everyone makes a contribution to a forum good, bad, funny, debait, joke, a hug, a smile. Now as how do we get this back to the way it was? Simple Post threads, join in on threads, and if it looks like people are ignoring you post again on the thread. When i first started to post threads on the gens board i had quite a few that went off the first page with 0 replys, so what its no big deal, then one day i did a thread that got 6 replys, so i did another and got more replys. thing is forums are like life to make it work you as a member have to work hard at making it a good thing, or this happens people leave. Last thing i want to say is this Have fun bugger the rest your the best always remember that Also the 'good ones' are the current ones who post not the ones who have gone, they have played their part on this forum just like you will. I'll add to Deb's thread and agree that I'm one of those that used to post often but to be honest I stopped because of the way threads got twisted into arguments and to be honest I just can't be bothered to get into childish name calling! But I do pop in just to read every so often and add a little comment or two - lol Missing the fun threads and it's about time the fun got brought back Joanne

Jude, just click on someone's name, it will take you to that profile. You can't do it on your own though Steve well said hun MMWWAAHH You are one of the 'good ones' who have not left yet. I'd like to add, and I'm sure someone has already said this, but people who say 'all the good ones have gone now' is offensive to those of us who choose to stay. Are we not good because we are still here?

steve you have really hit the nail on the head.i see what goes on ,but i have my own views.i talk to who i want,if others dont like it ,then thats fine.i am big enough to make my own opinions,i dont need anyone telling me who i should or should not speak to.we are all adults.while people are negative it will make things worse.add lots of new threads.mix and mingle.welcome newbies.its that easy.x

Hi Debs. I think I must be new 'cos my memory is shot. I can vaguely remember breakfast this morning. Did I have any? perhaps not, will go and make me some porage (porridge?) in a while. If I don't answer threads its because there are too many to cope with - 8 pages of them already today, probably 9 by the time I've typed this. Too much to read in the short time I'm online each day and I know from past experience 90% or more are tosh. When I first joined, there were only 3 or 4 pages per day and the themes really were interesting, none of this 'I'm bored' or 'I don't feel well' or 'Who would like a glass of wine?' tat. Now we have also to contend with those who vie with each other for the number of threads per page they can set up. My subscription ends in a couple of months and I don't think I shall renew unless things change. Len

BC Sugarmummy not wise words just flaming years of being on forums lol All we are on here are members so you have a choise to enjoy or not To stay or go To join in or not I am blessed that people like to chat to me on here, and if they have fun on a thread of mine that makes my day. What we need to do is educate the new ones so they become the good ones, thats how a forum moves foreward and onwards and upwards, thats what we need to focus on, not the past i hope you lot will still Hi-Jack my threads and take over them and make em yours lol Paul welcome mate we need more blokes posting on here
