To be honest MM I didn't see it .. I have left the thread to run for a few days at one point I was worried and ready delete . I have read it in blocks having not been here most of yesterday and last night.

Mags yet again the voice of reason!! I didn't see one of Lens threads being turned into a 'fun' thread but I would've been appalled if I had!! I still stand by the fact that the boards are BLAND these days! xx

if some feel the boards are boring then add something to your taste.we cant all be the same. i stand by what i said,the boards are nice,and it still looks like most agree.

a while ago a member sent me a list of really old threads to look up.and with regards to upsets there the same kind of upsets.or similar.some have said it was never this bad but believe me it was.this member had been about from almost the begining.her point being same old same old. i think if members want more debate threads then do them. i love a good debate. in other words if you dont like it change it.theres always room for everyone. i,d enjoy more debate threads.so feel free,im looking forward to um.xx

the boards are what we make it.if we add lots of interesting threads,and fun threads etc thats what the board will be.if we argue all the time,thats what the boards will be. and from what i can see the general feeling is we want the boards nice.

I'm sure I don't know what you mean ;0) - although it has to be said that I've already answered with my reasons for not adding threads and the same things are being repeated about adding something you do like if you don't like what's there, so maybe you're a teensy bit mistaken LOL I'm off in a couple of days so it doesn't really matter any more. Mags xx Additional note for David - The board suits the majority of people using it because best part of those that used to use it have got bored with inanity and cleared off! The minority have now become the majority by default. LOL

*waves to Mags* I think it's probably time to accept that my 'life' here is drawing to its natural end. I feel increasingly out of step with what's going on and I just don't seem to fit in any more. This isn't a moan just an acceptance that all things come to an end. I'll still be around and I'm not giving up my membership and I will renew because of the useful links I make. Gwynne

I find that sometimes for several days I come on here and there is nothing that interests me. I just find the joky threads silly and I seem to be ignored if I 'speak'. Then another time I come on, there are lots of interesting threads, i add a few that are well responded to, there are threads to make me laugh etc etc. Now, given that the board contents and people don't really change much, I assume it is me and how I am on that particular day. if I am expecting to be bored, determined to find fault etc I will. I think in sociology it is what is known as a self fulfilling prophesy. Ann Glos

I will agree with you on that Mags, there are a lot fewer people posting on here now. Sadly that was the effect of the upset last september. I do still mainly enjoy it though. (I was actually not getting at you in my last post, honestly!!!). The strange thing is I can't get on with FTM, too many different boards and the brain can't cope with it all.
