Seeing the road and the dip where it happened you could see how a huge volume of water could have accumulated.....one of those incidents of being in the wrong place :-( :-( |

I know Belle….the road in question is 0n a slope going down beneath a bridge..the flooding was underneath the bridge….the witness was approaching in a taxi and saw lights under the water :-( :-( |

From all accounts Fly they had heavy rain and the water was gushing down like a waterfall into this dip with no where to go....someone thought that there had been a couple of water pipe bursts but there hadn't just sheer volume of rainwater :-( |
