Bright and sunny here and a cardie would suffice this morning ….. but rain due.

I have recorded Wolf and was looking forward to watching … maybe not so much now.

After we had a hilariously enjoyable Saturday with my bestie and her OH, we came down to earth on Sunday cos at cricket we wuz well and truly trounced. :-(

Talk about being kept in the dark. Gnddtr was in Corfu when the fires struck. She told me when they were all safely back! Apparently their first three days were lovely but it all went downhill from there.

Lots of tiny birds twittering and flying in and out of our bushes yesterday afternoon, looking to all the world as if they were playing chase, thank goodness, cos I was getting worried about reduced numbers in the mornings. <3

Only unsmoked bacon here ( my Mum, from South Wales always referred to it as 'green' ? ) and I can't stand the thought of any meat product being cooked to crispy :-0

Yes I did watch all of Wolf, Ann. After all the hype I thought it was dreadful. Not scary at all.

Cop obsessed with his dead brother. His girlfriend pretending she had cancer. Two Keystone Cops. Both the posh couple are actors I am not that keen on. Acting a bit stilted. Lots of staring into the middle distance. That is my take on it, but the critics seem to think it was marvellous. Nothing like the series last week with Timothy Spall and Ann Reid which was super.



But dont take my word for it, just my opinion. :-)
