What gets me is it costs them a lot by offering new customers lower prices whereas they could give existing customers a discount and they wouldn't be so reliant on getting new customers to keep their profits up :-| |

I can tell you Fly it was so difficult to get people to take out insurance and then for them to let them go after a year or hope they couldn't be bothered to shop around was so annoying :-| |
