	Afternoon :-D <3 Just been shopping in the supermarket. Lots of empty freezer cabinets :-( Pleased to be back home as I got frozen in the shop despite being wrapped up. ;-) ;-) Never mind cupboards are no longer bare. Well those that are left in the kitchen that is ;-) ;-) Joy is your car ULEZ compliant if not there will be a long list of places you can’t visit ;-) ;-)

	If you heard a dull thud this afternoon, that was the penny dropping. :-D :-D I am sure Joy would appreciate a Pinot too. :-D :-D There has been a lot of talk about the ULEZ. It is creeping further and further out. Watch out Fly, it will be coming up to you soon. :-0

	Chuck the bottle over then Maddie. :-D Maddie our nearest bigger town (not where I live cos it's little) has imtroduced the charge but not for private cars yet. Our little city was the first in the country to introduce a road use charge for all between certain daylight hours. I Edit: read congestion charge for road use.
