Halfway to The Park and the heavens opened :-0. What to do, keep going or turn back :-S. Continued, just got to The Park and then lightening and thunder :-0. People were sheltering under trees :-0. We turned around and hurried home :-)

Grotty old morning here, torrential rain, and grey skies.

Well fun and games here in MG Towers. I have said it before I cannot be left on my own. On Wednesday I was just finishing brekkie, and as I got up from the table, the chair got caught somehow in the carpet and started to tip backwards. Oooh quick turn around! As I did, I got my foot caught in the stretcher at the bottom of the legs, and it continued to tip. So I went over the top of it. But, I managed to hang onto the plate I was holding! Strange how you hang on to whatever is in your hand, rather than save yourself. :-S

I am now the proud owner of a black toenail, and a lovely great bruise on my shin, and forearm. But it could have been worse. :-D :-D

And no, I had not been on the Mother's Ruin instead of coffee.
