I had the blinds closed too as the sun went from back to front...it did make a difference. I've only just opened the windows :-0 :-D |

It is surprising how much heat the blinds stop getting in....I drew the kitchen blind to go out the back and the heat coming through the back doors before I opened it was very noticeable :-0 |
