Possibly a little cooler than yesterday, but I haven't ventured out yet.

Curtains still closed to keep the sun out, but with tilt and turn windows open all night, it wasn't too hot overnight.

A busy day today, so I hope it doesn't warm up too much.

Not bad here at all. Am sitting with morning coffee in the kitchen with the door open - thinking whether I should have a shower or a luxurious soak in the bath.

‘Twas a good night last night and the rain held off until the cup presentation (Gndson 2’s team). I’d left washing on the line so was keeping my fingers crossed. :-D

Dull here with quite a breeze, a lot cooler than yesterday. Off out later for lunch with the family and then will be sitting the Darlinks whilst mum and dad are partying, or maybe they will be sitting me :-D :-D :-D

Joy this week has been village festival week. We went to see the parade and then

walked around the stalls. Lots of people out :-D :-D :-D

It turned chilly so decided to come home for cup of tea. ;-) ;-)

Party tonight is friends golden wedding party. It’s all go ;-) ;-)

Am home from a lovely lunch with the gang….Alice again made her grandad a lovely Victoria sponge….I had pudding so was too stuffed to eat it
