I put egg in with a shake of vinegar to bind the mixture as OH had no Xanthan gum. |

So I made the GF scones today and OH quite liked them. ( GF self raising) Amazed at how many diferent recipes there were. I thought I ought to check the quantities as I hadn't made them for ages. There was even one made with banana to keep it moist ( I knew that you could add a courgette to cake for the moisture but banana....) |
