Sun is out here, birds are twittering and we have three nests in the garden so I’ve been sitting over breakfast for the last half hour watching the comings and goings of tits and blackbirds.

Bright and breezy here.... strong Easterly actually, so it's probably quite cold out there.

Ought to do a bit more tidying in the garden, while it's still dry.

Sunny and dry with a bit of a breeze here.

Joy - we have a blackbird that waits every morning for hubby or me to bring out the mealworms. He seems quite tame and doesn't fly off even if we get very close. (hubby likes to think it's the same bird every day but probably not).

I'd like to know what other sort of day there is other than a lazy day.

2 cats are wailing at each other having a stand-off out the front of the house.
They were in the back garden at lunchtime, with one of them crouched on the shed roof to claim that territory too.
No idea who they belong to, but I hope they finish their yelling before dark.
I used to hate that noise in the darkness, when I was a child.

Perhaps I need a Ralphie to see them off :-|
