Now Tuesday morning and bins still not emptied. The dustmen are great, pleasant, tidy and effficient but it only takes one idiot to park on the double yellow lines in narrow streets in the centre of town to totally block the access for the bin lorry. This would also block access for fire brigade, ambulances etc. |
