Island, I think perhaps you should contact Genes.

I have just clicked on several names at the top of posts and they are all behaving normally, except yours, which is coming up blank.

I have just found a message I had from Island a few weeks ago. When we conversed then , her name appeared as a series of dots and now is just blank.

Have sent her a message in reply to see if it gets there.

Helping others by pm is only frowned upon if you don't mention on the thread that you are doing that and don't mention what help you have given - that could waste other people's time.

However for someone to send a document for you to see it can only be done by pm or email and even to get someone's email address needs a pm to start with.

I've never contacted Island before.

Her name shows as a series of dots for me too, so I have just sent a 'Testing the system' p m to see if that sends and is received.
It is showing as SENT in my records.
