I havent been on much this week so just seen this post.

I am so sorry to hear life is a struggle for you just now. I have had a difficult year and the last 2 days things have changed once again for me. But you were always there to offer kind words and so i say to you don't give up.
If you fall down, get right back up again and fight harder.

Life is a real struggle with everything going on but whatever your troubles, you have your friends on here to support you just like they have me a few times.

This site is the one place i come to because when i read other people need help, i feel better for helping someone else...and today that is you.

Sending you hugs and healing wishes and hope whatever your troubles, they will become smaller.

If I get down I listen to music, sometimes some lovely classical music other times pop records that you end up tapping the beat and singing along with. Always works. :-D <3

They really do mean so much.

I am communicating with different people and researching more.

I am knocking on doors but if necessary I can try a karate kick on them!

This virus has caused so mush suffering and put restrictions on everyone.

No wonder, there are high levels of stress.

I remember a quote which said if you can get out of the bed each morning, your halfway there.

Once again thankyou all for caring so much.

I've only just seen your message as I don't come onto GR so much these days.

As others have said before me you are one of the kindest people on here. You have remembered me every year since my husband died and sent me a little message and this helps me to keep going.

You can overcome your fears and battles and carry on. Your own words in your post tell me that you can. You are welcome to message me anytime you want to and I will check GR more regularly now xx

First and foremost look after yourself.

I just heard the bird song again for the evening, just over 12 hours after I posted the original message.

I am overwhelmed by the replies I have received.

The words in the poem are beautiful.

When you are on a roller-coaster, you have to strap yourself in and cling on
tightly.

Your messages have all inspired me to keep going, be stronger.
and try to be a better human being.

I am a very lucky person indeed to have people like you all in my life.

Hello Elizabeth

I hope all these messages have shown you how much you are cherished here. Keep listening to the birdsong and take pleasure in small things. I am thrilled each day I see. more of my cyclamen flowering, no leaves, just bright pink blooms poking their heads up from a giant corm that started out as one small plant!

Knowing my hedgehogs are still feeding from their bowl makes me smile and the many birds in our garden, that we have fed all year, are a delight.
