Stay strong Sues,,,,B would know you can and would carry on through sheer courage and being the strong person you are and you will,,,,,,.,just not today though.

So you have a filthy bath!,,,,who going to see it or worse want to use it looking like that---not me. ,,,,,phew, ;-) :-D.

I read somewhere very recently that the dirtiest most dangerous place is actually the kitchen sink!!

Some researcher somewhere worked out from tests that most of us (????!!!!) don't clean the kitchen sink thoroughly enough to get rid of all the bacteria and viruses.

An unclean bath pales in comparison to that!!

Maybe pay one of your grandchildren to do it when they come round ;-)

No grants available due to private pensions :-(

Grandson who is nearly 10 puts clean linen on my king size bed but I do give him £1 lol. Well he gets £1 for each task he does. I could do with him for a week!!

I only use a shower cream in the bath so there is no visible tide mark and I do use the shower attachment to wash around it afterwards but it’s not the same as squeaky clean.

I know Kay but it isn’t easy, you know how much I depended on him, poor chap had to accompany me to the loo at Peterborough (Hayley refused to lol).

Lots of huge decisions ahead but they must be made after talking everything through with family.

Thanks so much to all for responding

Sue ................ like us then. We don't qualify here because of private pensions, but I hoped you might!

Sue, my brain just activated :-S
How about buying a back brush to clean your bath - less bending down etc.

Then I had a thought - and found this:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Caraselle-Cleaning-Brush-Handle-Bathmatic/dp/B003LXVJNK?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_2

Though I notice it only extends to 18"

This one looks better!
It's the OXO Good Grips Extendable Tub & Tile Scrubber.
The URL is long.

My bath usually has cat fur in it, where George & Betty sit on the edge.
Fortunately, I use the shower :-D
