Yes, it's just worrying about it lingering in the confined spaces on the landing or on hard surfaces. They will be under my stairs to the gas meter and testing the alarms on the landing and hall

The guidance, published on Wednesday, said: “Work carried out in people’s homes, for example by tradespeople carrying out repairs and maintenance, can continue, provided that the tradesperson is well and has no symptoms.”

MHCLG recommended that while doing this work, individuals must adhere to Public Health England’s guidelines on maintaining a two-metre distance.

The above was on Council guidelines, well and has no symptoms? You can have the virus without symptoms...so how come.

When two workmen came to fix the boiler in early March at the start of all this, I wore a mask and made them use my sanitizer on their hands. Nice young men. One had a child with asthma and was worried.

I told them to tell the firm they need to start wearing protective gear and they laughed. They said it was more than their jobs were worth!

There's absolutely no consistency with anything they say. I get it and do agree about protecting the NHS in order for it not to be overwhelmed, but it still doesn't mean we want to risk dying cos there's enough Covid Care beds now :-0 :-|
