Very pleased with my delivery. Only one item missing and a handful of substitutes so well done Waitr*se - and we don't even have a store nearby. Wonderful service too. Supply even better than Icel*nd who were also good.

Still no delivery slots from T*sco, M*rrisons and Sainsb*rys with whom I am a little more than peeved as the latter is (until now) my main store and within walking distance.

Sparkles has been left for dead where I am! The best they can do is to offer us oldies an hour where we can trail through a couple of departments to get to the food store at the back of the shop here. Even if not confined to barracks it would take some elderly shoppers much longer than that to reach the food section, shop, pay and get out again.

Don't even do deliveries!!! I wouldn't rate their chances when this crisis is over. :-(

Joy I wrote to the CEO of sparkles and suggested that they could deliver food hampers. After all they already deliver flowers. booze and chocolates. They only need to add bread, milk and toilet rolls and we'd all be sorted ;-) ;-)

I had reason to complain about something just before we went into isolation. I think they've gone downhill recently.

They're woefully behind everyone else at the moment, Von.

Our coffee group changed from meeting in there a long time ago and much prefer our current meeting place.

By the way, we started dancing on Zoom last week and my friend (the one you met with me) joined in on Monday. Still great fun and we all have a chat too.
