It’s been boiling here, have one Darlink, waiting for the other to come home from football.....then have Princess till 8pm while V and Prince go to his Welcome evening at school...so probably wont be on tonight,.

I have to search the depths of the freezer for something to eat as we have been to a funeral this afternoon and no time to shop

Downton Abbey very good. The new cinema, very plush. Half-way through it, as I was reclining back as far as I could go there was suddenly a barely discernible drop in temperature - I only felt it, I think, because I had bare feet in mules. Asked my pal whether she had felt a dip and she said she thought it had turned a little chilly. I looked around - the majority of people were in our age group.'I know why' I said. ''They need to wake us up before it's finished.' I thought the sound was a bit too loud but they were catering for their afternoon clientele, I think.

The reclining seats are spacious and have one of those sturdy swivel trays with places for food and a drinks cup. We shall be visiting again. :-D

I've had a 'bitty' day.

Bestie rang and was not very well so I said I would pop across with something I had that belonged to her. Before that and because his Dad was running late, I had to pick up the young un from school and drop him at the hospital where his Dad was meeting him. The young un had broken a finger playing football last night and had to go back so the hospital could re-check it. His Dad took him back to school.

No sport for four weeks! He ain't s happy bunny.

Just got across to bestie's with a coffee and cake in front of me when Gndtr rang and said we're on our way to see you, Wolfed it down and headed home.

Finally, this arvo, went to see to pooch and sorted the young un out when he got home. Ten minutes later his Mum and Dad came in and I headed home to prop meself in front of the box. :-D

OH was out all day on duty cos it's Heritage Weekend. :-)
