A super day here so I am popping out with my old pal to see the new place she is moving to later this month. My oldest sis is moving later this month too.

Both of them are moving to bungalows but can I persuade OH to consider it, not likely. Like another pal, for a few years we have been gently trying to persuade our OHs to make a move (while we are active) but both have dug their heels in - mine muttering about carrying him out of here in a wooden box, hers complaining that he has too much stuff!

Gndson 2's team won last night - and what a lovely ground and clubhouse it was ( a team In the Washington area). I think everyone admired it.

I have just had a walk round the village with Fly :-D Next Fair is the 7th Sept :-D

Had my grandson here for a week .he went home yesterday evening

Soo it’s bed linen wash today along with the weekly wash

Need to get as much done as poss before I have the op next Thursday so will be out of action for a few weeks

Nice and sunny here in Kent so good drying weather

It is grand outside so I am off to get ready to face the world.
