Lovely day in Aberdeenshire, & though it's lovely to have such nice weather it's tooo hot for me, I don't cope well with it!
The heat (for me) makes it difficult to do anything physical, & trying to get to sleep at night is unpleasant, I also have Hay Fever another unpleasantry during the summer months!

Been out coffeeing then lunch with my old pal who's now been fitted with a hearing aid. I told her now I'll have to stop calling her names under my breath. ;-) :-D <3

Wondering whether OH will start up the barbie when he's finished trimming back along the garden path.

The young un passed his Grade 5 guitar exam with distinction (93.5%) so he's cock-a-hoop. <3 :-D

His team won last night at cricket. They surprised everyone as they could only field one under-15 and the rest of his team were all younger. One was 9 and he is 11 so there was delight all round for his side. He bowled one out and nobody got any runs off him.

Beforehand, though, when we saw the size of the other side's under-15s we thought that we were in for a hammering! Just proves that saying, The Lord love's a trier. And try, they did, not one lay down, so well done young uns! <3 :-D
