<3 <3 You should be proud that you don't let it define you and you have done very well, and will continue to do so.

Sorry to read about your accident, Tawny. Hope you will recover quickly and well.
Re your bruised thumb. have you been checked for scaphoid injury?

What happened after your previous accident, did your workplace do anything about the stairs?

Take care of yourself. Lizxx

Thank you Liz. Nothing was done about the stairs at work and I was told it was entirely my fault. They also asked when I would apologise for putting them through it. I’m angry and bitter at the moment but I’m still there as Mr Owl and I are now thinking about trying for a little owl before we both get too old and I’ve been with them for 14 years now which will benefit my maternity leave.

Tawny, have you thought about yoga or tai chi to help you?

Choose a well-trained and qualified teacher and he/she ought to be able to pick exercises and movements suitable for, and beneficial to dyspraxics.

I have tried yoga when I was very young and I’m not sure if it helped or not. I can do most things including swimming and riding a bike it just took me a little longer to get there.
