Not receiving emails or Gedcom downloads from GR

I'm taking 'General Chat' in it's widest possible sense with this problem and just hoping that any of you experts out there know something about computers and emails.
I have always received emails (i'm on Outook) and Gedcom downloads from GR on a regular basis but suddenly they are not getting thru to me.
If I use a different email address then I get them as normal.
FMP get my emails and I get their replies and I have no problems with any other people or companies, just GR.
GR are not on my blocked list or in any other email box.

i dont get genes email notifications either

am on outlook too

this is on my pc laptop and ipad so it must be a genes problem

Go to ACCOUNTS ¦ Email Preferences and make sure NEWS & Updates is enabled.

I had a problem with receiving emails from GR some years ago, plus my emails were refused when I tried to contact them, and returned to my server.

I had to take out a gmail account to get contact.

It turned out that their server had some sort of disagreement with my server and refused to accept it. I never found out the ins-and-outs of the situation but it eventually sorted itself out.

My server was then and still is one of the common servers across Canada.

I didn't receive the usual emails regarding my sub this time or email notification of pm's as per. I think GR's email account is broken. :-\

I didn’t get the message either about my subs
Was pure chance I clicked on messages by mistake and there was the message saying they couldn’t renew cos my card needed updating

That was a mission too cos the link didn’t work

The email didn’t come through my email address
