I remember T J Hughes from when I was a girl in Liverpool. I think they opened a small store in Newcastle but it seemed to be a bit downmarket when I last visited it - admittedly several years ago so it may not be the same, if it is still there at all.

I am hoping our new TJ will be more like the Liverpool one of old. :-D
