I know there's horror stories and OH had a work colleague who bought three houses from the same large builder and had trouble with all 3 - he never learnt :-( |

We once were in a new house with the lady trying to sell it to us and she had just said how well it was finished when other half spotted joints opening up on the woodwork due to shrinkage and I grazed my hand on a very rough bannister - we told her what had happened/ seen and she denied it. There were others in the house, we went and got in our car and saw the other 2 couples going to their cars :-D |
