Thanks Madge, very interesting :-D

I used to have a racing snail you know.
I removed it's shell to make him more streamlined but it just made him more sluggish.

To dream of your loosing your teeth or bad/rotten teeth is a warning that your health is bad

Island Report 1 Oct 2018 14:30

If you dream of losing your teeth you can either make an appointment at the dentists or - get yourself on the Jeremy Kyle show :-0 :-D :-D

There used to be someone on here ages ago who made herself out to be a right Waynetta Slob :-0 :-S :-D Anyone remember her?

Max, Gaynor from Stoke Poges, Buttercup Fields, Pink Diana, Pete Dudley from Aus, William Cefn Mawr ( I could really do with his advice again!), Ramblin' Rose and many more. Where are they now?

I miss Dutch. Always had a laugh and a good chat on the phone and boards.

And what about the young man, Daniel, who wrote books?

How about our lovely Caz in Yorkshire and Deanna in Corby, I miss them both, as well our Dutch. I was lucky enough to meet all of them, and Wendy in Sussex too.

Rambling rose I see on Facebook she has been on and off GR over the past few years. She was having eye problems so didn’t renew to save eye strain.

I don't come on here very often these days but a lot of the old names are very familiar. I did meet Gaynor, Pink, Donna and many others in London when we did a charity thing for Gaynor and made her a Princess for a day not many weeks before she died. I also met Anne from Cheltenham and Jude at Webbs of Wychbold in Droitwich. I also remember Dawnie and her 3 fairies etc, Many years ago now. I joined GR on it's 3rd day and have been a member ever since. :-)

an operation on her hand.

Oh I remember her I think she lived in Spain! I did miss her when she went as I love poetry, but I believe that in the end very few people were interested, so she stopped bothering.
The forum generally was much more interesting years ago as there were many more people posting in those days which gave a much wider sphere of interesting conversation. There are a lot of chat forums nowadays that are free as well as free genealogy ones, so that's perhaps where people are going, understandably!

I agree Magpie, very few are interested in poetry.
Wish I could remember her name.

Stella, I don’t think she lived in Spain though.
