Hurrah, two more I know. I do like Kate, she seems very personable. Seann I know from 8 out of 10 cats.

I have a moan every year about not knowing who most of the celebrities are, this year I will wait till I see em dance.


Thank the lord Brendan has gone, he was most cringe worthy last year answering Shirley back, pity he didn't take Anton with him who is well past his sell by date.

Lee Ryan was a member of the Band Blue and recently appeared in EastEnders as Whitney's boyfriend Woody Woodward.

Lauren Steadman is a Paralympian (Triathlon); Lauren was born without a complete right arm.

Susannah Constantine appeared in Trinny & Susannah and did fashion make overs with Trinny Woodall.

Charles Venn left EastEnders in 2013 he was Bianca Butcher's partner the Father of Morgan Butcher and was known then as Chucky Venn. Charles now appears in Casualty as the nurse Jacob Masters.

Got to be truthful, you filled me in about Lee Ryan and Charles Venn. I don't watch EastEnders, so had no idea they were in that.

OMG i have watched all the shows over the years and think this is the one I will give up on. Every year there are fewer people I have ever heard of - occasionally seen one i recognise - but this lot have me beat.

I only know

Faye Tozer. Member of Steps. (I think she was on Big Star little star last week- but like Steps)Dr Ranj Singh. Doctor on This Morning

Danny John Jules. Actor in Red Dwarf. (never seen Red Dwarf0 but love him in Death in Paradise

Graeme Swann. Cricketer. Heard the name & seen him play but couldn't pick him out in a crowd

Charles Venn. Actor - Watch him in Casualty - dont like the character very much

Dont know any of the others or heard of them.

Lets try and hang on in there Girls (and boys). Who knows there could be some crackers in there and we will be urging them on.

Besides, if we have sewn all our sequins on, chalked our shoes, and gelatined our hair...…………..we will go to the Ball.

Kevin is back this year, from what I have read. He has split from his wife Karen.

Kevin is not one of my fave dancers. There are three new members of the dance company.

I do wish Vincent and Flavia were still there, I love their Tango.

Me too MTG.........they so looked the part in the Tango.....smouldering!!

Looking forward to seeing Saturdays offering. it will be good to put faces to names.
I probably know fewer people this year than ever before, but might fet a surprise when I see the faces.

must find my Strictly file again, so that I can update it with this years names dances and scores on a week by week basis (yes, i am one of those people). I like to be able to make comparisons on different dances over the years.

Perhaps I should treat myself to a little glitter ball, strictly to be used ONLY while watching Strictly.
