	Had mine done ages ago, my maternal line goes to the Dogger people so part of the first to live in UK after the last ice age. I have greater than average amount of Neanderthal DNA. Maily North European.

	Yes, Belle. He got a test for me and I only sent it off a week or so Go. As I am quite sceptical and don't have an account with Ancestry so when I had to start my tree, although they had my dob and place of birth I only put my parents' names and nothing more. If there's anything dodgy (which I hope there's not) they'll have a job going far back because I grew up with a made-up surname (not by me). The other reason I did not put generations back on my Tree was that OH has had a few hits where there is no connection at all that he can find - and his Tree is private so it seems that someone is matching surnames somewhere.

	At the time Europe and UK were still linked by land across what is now the North Sea. They colonised the area then came into UK. The area became covered by the sea and now there is an area in the North Sea called Dogger Bank, which is the area they found signs of the civilisation and bones etc. to get the DNA.

	What I don't like about these DNA tests is that they won't tell me how Welsh I am lol ;-) :-D My Mum was from England, and my father was first language Welsh, but his mother's father's side I have suspicions were descendants of the Normans :-D So I am probably not as Welsh as all that! :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0
