Another friend is coming to visit tomorrow.

A friend came to visit me this afternoon. She asked if there was anything she could do.

No thank you i said.

A bit later when i popped off to the loo........i could hear the hoover on the go.

Poor you. So sorry, I hope that you are improving slowly and being kind to yourself.

Take small steps and don't try to rush things, take it slowly for now. ((gentle hugs)) xx

I have a way to go recovery wise.......but i am feeling much better in myself.

Just wish i was allowed to drive so i could get out and about more.

But hey ho, i can't complain really.
