Think Joe was so popular and very smiley.
I always think it’s harder for the men as they have to lead in the ballroom
Well done.
Must say they all did extremely well....best ever final in my view.

Well done Joe :-D

Alexandra had her high early on in the competition and that put the viewers against her.

Well done, Joe the best man won :-D

Seriously though I think on the whole he did deserve to win. :-D I can remember thinking early on in the competition that I didn't think he would last the course as he looked so wooden :-( But over the weeks he has learnt so much and been able to make it look sooooo effortless :-D He also seemed comfortable dancing close or apart from his partner :-)

A very satisfactory result :-D :-D

I did like the routine danced by all the contestants which covered some of the more memorable moments...it did make me smile :-D :-D

I think we can put this thread to bed now for another year. <3 <3

Maybe GP, your Sophie will take part next year. :-D

Thank you to EVERYONE who added to it, and I think Joe was a worthy winner, and we agree he should have won. He was so delighted, and that is the spirit of the show.

So..............until next year...................God Willing.............when we start all over again.

If my Sophie is selected next year she will win hands down. She will be like a breath of fresh air gyrating across the ballroom floor with huge standing ovations from all those present every week. ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) :-D :-D

I'm very happy that Joe won.
I would still have been happy if it was Gemma or even Alexandra who took the glitter ball.

I think I'm in the minority but, I did not want Debbie to win as I think it flies in the face of what Strictly is all about....non dancers, learning to dance!

Other minor celebs have turned the show down because they already had dance experience.
