I have got Carpal Tunnel in my left hand and arthritis :-0 but nothing compared to yours Emma <3

Very painful Fly all the same, I find it frustrating. :-|

Still compared to some I'm lucky, even though at times
it gets me down :-)

I drink Tonic Water everyday for cramp but the
fingers are painful if on iPad or computer for
long periods of time
Can't hold a book for long hence my kindle
when reading in bed and even that is painful
when held for too long, it is what it is just have
To get on with it :-D

I did srart drinking tonic water when you mentioned it before :-) it did help with cramp in my legs and feet :-) i had better get some more :-(
