Nightmare, as you know I don't like BBQs, so it's a
liquid diet for me this afternoon, hard I know but someone

I am cream-crackered. I thought I'd see if my lounge and dining curtains would wash rather than take them to the cleaners like I did with the previous ones.

I have big windows but I managed to get them in my machine one at a time and I now have two on the line, one in the machine and one waiting to go in. They look OK but I'll be able to tell when we hang them tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed :-D :-D

While they were down, K was out so I thought I may as well clean the windows and doors (one solid glass panel in each) and carry on around the skirting boards. As I am not at all tall, I never do the windows and doors but I was up and down, moving a chair to stand on as I went around and boy was I pleased when K came in and finished the last bit off for me.

I don't half feel pleased though - windows well-vinegared against the summer flies and wasps - they don't like it up 'em. ;-) :-S :-D :-D :-D
